  I've lived in Mountainview for a year now, and I absolutely love it! The complex is tucked away enough to be a peaceful community, yet is conveniently close enough to I-84 and anywhere else you need to go. The prices are great (as well as the renewal increases), and the beautiful mountain view doesn't hurt either! The ladies in the office are wonderful and helpful, and the maintenance crew is top notch too. While snow removal can be a challenge to get use to, the guys are quick and make the procedure as painless as possible. The parking lots and sidewalks are always safe and ice free! The rules are simple, so the risk of getting a snow fine is extremely low.
  All in all, Mountainview is a perfect place to live. If you love a family owned and operated business who truly cares about you, you'll love it. They work extremely hard to please everyone, and I can't imagine living anywhere else!
